The project consisted of modernising the building to an A-grade standard, including new Unitised window systems. The building complex, which includes Aurora House, was extended, the ground floor lobby has been reconfigured to accommodate three retail tenancies and a new reception area.The building was also seismically strengthened to meet new codes.
