CNC Machine Operators
We operate a variety of machines including Emmegi 5-axis machine, Emmegi saws, a Rainer turret punch and CNC Biesse router and a water cutter.
Don’t have the experience? We are open to consider someone looking to kick start their career.
A typical day could see you:
- Operate some of the latest CNC machines to shape and form aluminium extrusions to fine tolerances
- Checking fabricated and assembled metal parts for accuracy, clearance and fit using precision measuring instruments
- Setting guides, stops and other controls on CNC machining tools, setting up prescribed cutting and shaping tools
- Performing operational maintenance of CNC machines
About you:
- A proactive team player
- Hungry to learn with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit as some heavy lifting is required
- Safety focused
- Preferably have a gantry crane licence (training can be provided)
