Sheet Metal - Machine Operator
A typical day could see you:
- Specialising in fabrication and assisting in the production of our aluminium window systems – cutting, marking out, shaping and forming
- Interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications and converting this into the finished product
- Liaising with team leader to meet production goals
- Use your knowledge of sheet metal to select the right product for the job
- Inspect products to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before passing on to the next team
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrated experience in Fabrication or Sheet metal work
- Be able to read mechanical drawings and machining detail drawings
- Pay attention to detail and work to a high degree of accuracy
- Take pride in your work
