Chrisco joined the Thermosash Group as Business Development Manager for Thermosash Service & Maintenance and quickly progressed to General Manager.
He established and scaled the division into a recognised business focused on lifecycle assurance, façade diagnostics and remediation, before handing it over to new leadership in 2025.
With more than 20 years of senior experience in construction and façade delivery, Chrisco has led Greenfield ventures, complex remediation projects, and digital system transformations. He has now relocated to Brisbane to spearhead Thermosash’s Australian expansion, overseeing bid strategy, client engagement and operational setup in alignment with the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
