We recycle 100% of all our metals. Thermosash manufacture all of our own façade components in New Zealand, and primarily source materials were available from the New Zealand market to reduce transport distances and emissions from freight.
Metal types are separated into bins in the factory and collected for processing. Each of our regional operations utilise local metal recycling businesses.

Our largest manufacturing facility in Auckland has a 969m2 solar panel grid installation achieving 220kW for essential services battery backup / onsite diesel generator.
