ACC Ōtepoti Dunedin

ACC's new modern office hub in Dunedin houses four separate sites in one building - the project involved transforming an existing car park into a resilient and sustainable office environment.

The name Ōtepoti reflects the weaving of history and mana whenua heritage into the design which is symbolised by the solar shade 'flax weave' feature fins and frit glass that shapes the facade into a woven basket.
