Thermosash Service & Maintenance delivers specialist Building Envelope servicing, investigation and remediation work. We support building owners, property managers, body corporates and contractors with warranty maintenance on Thermosash projects, proactive maintenance on existing facades and complex defect resolution and remediation.

Our team of Façade Technical Managers, abseil technicians and ground technicians provides the technical expertise and access capability required to safely service all areas of a building - delivering practical, solution-focused outcomes at any scale.

Keeping to a scheduled building maintenance program is critical in early problem detection. Small problems, over time, can develop into structural weaknesses or cause major water damage.
