202 Parnell, a mixed-use retail and office space is located on a busy city fringe street of Auckland was originally built in the 1980s, after being sold to new owners it underwent a complete refurbishment and was extended closer to the footpath.

Thermosash provided insert seismic suite window systems within the concrete frame building structure.
