Thermosash run a waterjet cutter in our manufacturing facility that can undertake cutting of practically any material with high precision and a very low radius corner or less than 0.5mm. Because the cutter uses water to create the shape the temperature is kept very low practically eliminating the high temperatures that can cause deformation of metal or heat colouring to raw metal.
We have the ability to cut fine unique structural elements - right up to full sheet bespoke patternation.
