Project Overview
A 12-storey home for BNZ Bank at 1 Whitmore Street, Wellington. This building is aiming for a 5 Green Star rating. The building occupies a full city block offering stunning views over the harbour.
The curved shape of the building is designed to reduce wind forces and downdraft effects from strong gusts.
Thermosash delivered on the architect's intent to create a streamlined facade with our curved and double curved double-glazed units which were integrated into curved pressure equalised PW1000 unitised panels.
Our unitised systems and installation methodologies enable us to speed up the enclosure programme saving on time and cost.
